Earlier this week, the Union County Sheriff’s Office utilized the Eddie Cathey Community Room to host a service awards ceremony honoring our dedicated employees for their continued service. During the ceremony, employees were individually recognized for their years of service which were broken down into five-year increments. Awards were presented to UCSO personnel ranging from five years all the way to twenty five years of dedicated, community service. Employees who also obtained their Advanced Certification were also recognized for this outstanding accomplishment.

Sheriff Cathey adds “The men and women of this agency serve our community proudly each day and they are the reason for our agency’s continued success. I am proud of each one of our employees who received an award for their contributions and their service to our local community”.
