On Tuesday night, Sheriff Eddie Cathey proudly hosted a promotional ceremony at the Union County Sheriff’s Office. With family, friends, and colleagues in attendance, each of the newly promoted employees was formally recognized and received their new badge, which was pinned on by either Sheriff Cathey or a family member of their choosing.

The keynote speaker for the evening was Jarrod McCraw, retired Assistant Superintendent of School Support for Union County Public Schools, who shared inspiring words with our team and their guests.
